Car claim and AI livery terms

Claim a car, create a custom livery with AI, and publish it for everyone to see when they race that exact car in DragGap. Your published skin stays active until someone outbids you, subject to the service and content terms below.

What a claim provides

• A revocable, appearance-only digital display licence for one exact car trim.
• At least 24 hours in which another customer cannot replace the claim.
• Continued display after that period until a valid replacement purchase or permitted administrative removal.
• Two skin-generation credits for that claim, plus a nickname plate. Each credit creates one finished skin that can be published to the claimed car.

What a claim does not provide

A claim is not ownership of a real vehicle, intellectual property, an investment, an NFT, a transferable asset, a prize or a right to resale income. Previous claimants receive no share of later payments.

Price and replacement

The first claim starts at $1 USD. You may enter any whole-dollar amount at or above the current minimum, up to the payment limit of $999,999 USD. The next minimum is the next higher multiple of the step for the last valid, non-reversed amount paid: $1 steps below $10, $5 steps from $10 to below $50, $10 steps from $50 to below $100, and $25 steps from $100 onward. For example, $10 or $12 makes the next minimum $15; $50 makes it $60; and $100 or $105 makes it $125. Higher amounts still include two skin credits and do not bypass the current claimant’s guaranteed display period. After that period, another eligible customer may claim at the new minimum or higher. This is an immediate purchase at your entered amount, not a timed auction. Checkout does not reserve a car. A claim changes only after payment authorization, current-state verification, capture and database finalization succeed.

Made-to-order side profiles

When the checkout says a car needs a side profile, its current image is a preview. Submit your first design and numberplate before paying. We prepare and review the correct profile, then generate and automatically publish the first skin. Delivery is expected within 24 hours of payment and a saved design. This is an estimate; profile preparation includes manual review. The first skin uses one of the two included credits. Profile preparation uses no extra credits.

Your claim remains reserved while preparation is pending. Its guaranteed 24-hour display period starts when the finished skin is delivered. You can edit the design until review begins. Progress and the delivery estimate appear in your garage; delays are shown there without silently extending the original estimate. Failed generation returns its reserved credit and requires review. Undelivered paid service remains subject to the remedies below.

Generation and content

One successful generation uses one credit. Publishing a finished skin, switching between your saved skins and changing a nickname plate do not use generation credits. Provider or policy failures restore the affected credit; a completed, policy-compliant skin uses a credit even if you prefer a different design.

The two included credits can be used only while you control that exact claim. Extra credits can be purchased in the garage: 5 for $8 USD, 10 for $14 USD, or 25 for $30 USD. Purchased credits stay on your account and can be used on any eligible car you currently control, including after a previous car is reclaimed. Included credits are used before purchased credits.

Requests and reference images are automatically rewritten and checked. Protected vehicle areas remain locked. DragGap may reject, remove or replace content that is unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, infringing, impersonating, misleadingly sponsored or otherwise outside the published policy.

Revocation and refunds

DragGap may suspend or revoke a claim for fraud, payment reversal, legal or content takedown, account action, vehicle retirement or service shutdown. Change-of-mind purchases are generally final after DragGap supplies the guaranteed display and generation service, except where applicable law requires a remedy or DragGap fails to provide the purchased service.

A refunded or disputed credit-pack payment reverses the credits from that purchase. If those credits have already been used, generation is paused until the account's credit balance is restored. Reversing a claim payment also reverses its included credits.

Eligibility and privacy

Purchases require a verified account, acceptance of these terms, and permission to use the payment method. Only the chosen nickname and approved livery are public. Payment and legal identities are not displayed. Fraud signals, policy decisions, reports and payment-state transitions are retained for security, reconciliation and compliance. Non-affiliation

User-created liveries are not endorsements by a vehicle manufacturer or other brand. An official-brand label requires separate organization verification.
