What DragGap processes for simulations, Google sign-in, car claims, payments and AI skins.

Simulator activity
DragGap records deliberate vehicle searches, selected vehicle specifications, race starts and simulated race results so the owner can understand which comparisons are useful. These events are sent to a private operational feed. Free-form keystrokes are not streamed, manual vehicle names are replaced with “Manual vehicle,” and the event payload does not include an IP address, user agent, account identifier or precise location.
Accounts and Google sign-in
The race simulator can be used without an account. The optional garage, claims and AI skin features require sign-in. When you use Google, Google shares your account identifier, verified email address and basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture, with our authentication provider, Supabase. We use this information to authenticate you and associate your garage, claims and credits with your account. DragGap requests only basic sign-in permissions, not access to Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendars. Your sign-in session is stored in your browser until you sign out or it expires.
Claims, payments and AI skins
We store account-linked claims, credit balances, purchases, generation requests and payment status to provide your garage and reconcile payments. Stripe handles checkout and payment details; DragGap does not receive your full payment card number. AI prompts and reference images are processed by our image and language model services through FAL and OpenRouter, with generated artwork stored for your studio and published skins. Avoid including sensitive personal information in prompts or uploads.
Public content and your choices
Your published skin and chosen numberplate or nickname can appear on cars, shared race cards and public claim displays. Leaderboards show car claim prices and eligible race counts. Account email addresses and payment identities are not displayed on these public surfaces. Manual vehicle specifications are used for browser simulations. You can sign out from your garage and remove DragGap access in your Google Account settings. To request access to or deletion of account data, contact [email protected]. Payment reconciliation and security records may need to be retained after a request.
Hosting logs
Cloudflare may process standard request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and security signals to deliver and protect the website. Its handling is governed by Cloudflare’s privacy commitments.
Cookies and advertising
DragGap does not set advertising cookies and does not include third-party behavioural advertising. Activity events are used for product improvement and operational monitoring, not ad targeting.
